About Waterport Terraces

A substantial area of reclaimed land in the north-western side of Gibraltar. The Westside project was driven primarily by a huge demand for property, both commercial and residential, but primarily the latter and was completed during the early 90’s, consisting of mainly affordable housing schemes for the local market.
